Practice with Breathe OC: Tune-In Mantra

Begin Kundalini Yoga by using these mantras to tune-in to your higher self by chanting:

“Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo”

Adi Mantra: Chanted at least 3 times before practice to tune into your higher self.

Translation: I bow to the creative wisdom, I bow to the divine teacher within.

Continue to chant the Mangala Charan Mantra, for protection.

“Aad Guray Nameh, Jugad Guray Nameh, Sat Guray Nameh, Siri Guru Dev-ay Nameh”

Mangala Charan Mantra: Clears the clouds of doubt.

Translation: I bow to the primal, great, unseen wisdom, true throughout the ages.
